Masarap yung pancit, lutong ng toppings. Mejo tago yung lugar pero sulit. Malayo sa ingay. Lastly, mabilis sila mag serve ng pagkain.

Ito's Panciteria: A Flavorful Tuguegarao Experience Ito's Pansiteria Pancit Batil Patung is a must-try when in Tuguegarao. This noodle dish is a symphony of flavors and textures. The pancit itself is usually thick and chewy, perfectly cooked. What sets it apart is the rich, savory sauce, often made with a meat broth base, thickened and deeply flavored. The toppings are where the magic happens: generous slices of lechon kawali (crispy fried pork), savory lumpia (spring rolls), chicharong bulaklak (deep-fried pork mesentery), and the signature fried egg, sunny-side up, with a runny yolk just waiting to be mixed into the noodles. The contrasting textures, from the chewy noodles to the crispy pork and the soft egg, make each bite exciting. It's a hearty and satisfying meal, a true taste of Tuguegarao's culinary heritage. Be sure to pair it with some calamansi to add a touch of citrusy brightness that cuts through the richness. My only gripe is the roads going into the pancitan is not even and paved out (not ideal for low clearance vehicles) and motorcycles when its rainy due to the muddy terrain. I hope they make the roads going in the pansiteria even and paved.

Masarap naman medyo maalat lang yung shanghai minsan. Nakakabusog.. Medyo malayo lang lugar kase, kaya nakakalito sa mga 1st timer kakain.. Backward yung setting nya ayos lang
